Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Countryball Creator, an application created and published by Rolle Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Countryball Creator mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement & Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the app.

2. End User License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rolle Studios grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use Countryball Creator for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

3. Intellectual Property & Fan Content Disclaimer

Countryball Creator is an independent fan-made creative suite. Countryball Creator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any government, political organization, or official creator of Polandball / Countryballs memes. All national flag designs used in character creations belong to their respective public domains or rights holders.

4. User Generated Content (UGC) & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Countryball Creator includes interactive features allowing users to publish scenes, post comments, like creations, and share assets in the Community Feed. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users.

Acceptable Use & Content Standards

You agree NOT to post, upload, publish, or transmit any content that:

Contains hate speech, discrimination, racism, or hostility targeting race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains graphic nudity.
Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activities, or terrorism.
Harasses, bullies, threatens, or dox-es any individual or entity.
Infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or personal privacy rights.

UGC License Grant: When you share content in the public feed, you grant Rolle Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce that content within the application and promotional materials.

5. Content Moderation, Reporting & Account Termination

To enforce safety across our interactive services, Rolle Studios provides in-app reporting and blocking mechanisms:

Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag objectionable scenes, comments, or marketplace assets directly in the app.
User Blocking: Users can block abusive creators to immediately hide their content and comments.
Moderation Action: Reported content is reviewed promptly. Violating content will be removed within 24 hours, and repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently banned.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Countryball Creator offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (such as Ad-Free Membership) and one-time in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payment & Auto-Renewal: Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase or via Apple Subscription Management.
Restoring Purchases: Purchases can be restored within the app using the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings or Paywall menu.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rolle Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
