Account & Data Deletion Request
In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Developer Policies, Countryball Creator provides simple, transparent methods to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data.
Important Notice Regarding Active Subscriptions
Deleting your Countryball Creator account does not automatically cancel active auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To avoid future billing charges, you must cancel your subscription directly in your store account settings:
Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
If you have access to the Countryball Creator app on your iOS or Android device, you can delete your account immediately:
- Open Countryball Creator.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the signed-in account section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted. Your session will end, and your profile and associated data will be queued for immediate purge.
Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (Lost Device or No App Access)
If you no longer have access to your mobile device or have uninstalled the app, you can submit a manual deletion request online without reinstalling the application.

Include the following details so we can verify ownership and complete your deletion:
- Your account Username
- The email address linked to your Sign in with Apple or Google account
What Data is Deleted and Data Retention Timeline
When an account deletion request is processed:
- Immediate Action: Your user profile is deactivated, and public access to your shared scenes, comments, and profile page is removed immediately.
- Complete Data Purge (30 Days): Within 30 days of deletion, all user record rows (user ID, email, avatar, published scene files, comments, likes, and followers) are permanently erased from our active servers and Supabase databases.
- Local Storage: Local scene drafts saved solely on your physical device memory can be cleared by deleting or uninstalling the app.
